Raaga Dhanasri :

Sa Ga Ma Pa Ni Sa
Sa Ni Dha (very rarely used) Pa Ma Ga Ri Sa

I learnt this back in school days. Practicing this piece is probably what made me able to play carnatic with relative ease in the following years.
